Returns & Exchanges

Victoria Beckham offers a seamless return process for items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be requested through our online portal to ensure a secure and authenticated exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Parcel

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags and security seals intact to ensure your return is accepted.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Schedule a Collection

  Arrange a complimentary courier pickup through our portal or drop off your parcel at an authorized service point for tracked delivery back to our atelier.
